Hey guys, I'm a 15 year old male that would like to expand my hobbies into a possible business, i want it to be on line, and of course like any teenager, make money. After looking at several "Yahoo Answers" Answers, i picked up that you don't have to be of any age to own a business, you just cannot sign a contract until the age of 18, which is fine. Also after looking on the Internet i found a success story by a 16 year old boy, the article can be found here : http://gizmodo.com/5612145/how-a-16+yo-kid-made-his-first-million-dollars-following-his-hero-steve-jobs . Next February i will be turning 16 and i would like to start my business then so guys + Girls .. please help.
Some Ideas i have come up with using my hobbies:
*** I Know Web design so i can build my own site, saving me money instead of paying a designer***
--- Drum stick selling, Buy in Bulk, EG, 12 pairs for 16, divide the £16 ( the cost) By the amount of pairs then add maybe 50-60P on a pair then sell online
--- Computers, Build computers then sell them, basic idea, but i wont be able to get it promoted and compete with bigger companies such as Apple, Dell, Alienware etc.
Thats all ive come up with so this is where i need your help, a list of my hobbies to help:
- Computers:
Custom build computers
Website design ( Only know simple )
Know how to fix virus's etc
- Drums
Been playing 5 years
- Xbox
I can fix the Red Ring Of Death.
Im in my last year of school now and i have applied to college to take: BTEC ICT Level 3 & Computing.
