New Blackberry 7520

I just received a 7520. I can not open images attached in e-mails. Do I have to purchase a program that allows me to open these pics, or am I doing something wrong? I called Nextel after trying for awhile, and they suggested a webviewer program from regwireless. I downloaded the trial version and it does allow me to view images on the web, but does not help open the pics. in e-mails. ANy help is much appreciated.

I have had a 7230 with T-Mobile for a year and decided to upgrade to the 7520...I have had it for 2 weeks and am thinking about sending it back...I can not view https//: (secure pages) and have no idea how I can get excel to work with my computer...I have read all the manuals and still can not open excel/attachments,pics ect..
Also Nextel does not support GPS on this phone...so why do they even carry it?
I have downloaded tons of certificates for secure web viewing with no luck...I have paid for full web viewing...
Can anybody help me before I throw this phone out the window into the sea?
I also am disapointed in it's size...much larger than my 7230...but If I can view https//: pages, I will deal with it...(this is not a phone you can put in your pocket or purse)
