New Billet/Titanium Products?

these will be aluminum, to keep cost down, but the adjustment will allow up to 1" height adjustment without having to move the controls, you can bolt on your master cylinders, grips, throttle tube, and then adjust to the best comfort with the handlebar height once installed, no more moving, then repositioning like the other companies.

And thanks on the software, already have solidworks, i'm going to post some of the 3D cad pictures within the next day or two to assist in the vision I have with these new products.

Yeah it's not much obviously, but I've done a lot of lightening back there (even machined up alloy indicator nuts..). It just seems like an unnecessarily heavy item. The rear of the bike became a focus of weight loss (after the unsprung weight of course) once I'd measured the front/rear weight bias.
Every fastener, washer, spacer etc outside the engine has been replaced in lightweight material - it's a case of 'every little bit helps' (as the old woman said as she peed in the ocean).

This isn't my design, in fact i stole it from e-bay...I personally think its the better of most adjusters i've seen...

Maybe alter it a bit to "clean" it up like drill holes in strategic area's to give it a lighter/racier appearance...or maybe even a lower profile all together...and better anodizing as well...

Let me know what you/everyone think...

very close, here is one product in production...

pretty cool to see how this stuff is made, guess what it is...

starts with a 7.5"X12ft piece of billet

then the outside billet removed for a blank cover

leaving behind a whole lot of

now just need to machine the holes for the cover, and then mill the style into the center, if anyone has an idea of a custom cover they want I can make them in qty's of 10 if you give me the design.

soon I'm pushing I swear, I have a ton of people in need, I'll try and get a cad pic up today or tomorrow to atleast give you an idea.
