New Billet/Titanium Products?

I've tried to produce these several times but the broach (tooling need to cut the splines on the inside)
is around 1000-2000 price to have custom made and it is a wear part so once it is worn you do it all over again.

Okay, thanks for the explanation. Your pricing point is obviously lower than speedymoto or whomever else so I can't argue much more.

it is amazing to me what some items cost versus others, and it typically goes back to tooling when something is extremely overpriced, but I'm definately learning on what can be produced better, strong, lighter and ideally cheaper.

Hey, just an idea...a relatively simple, low cost idea...how about front fork "pre-load" adjustors?...all the adjustors i've seen out there are either ugly (shaped) or the wrong/undesired anodized colors...just a thought...maybe even put the Moto-wheels logo on it to make it unique...or even "Nicks" signature...

do you have an ideal design... very simple, and easy to make could have them up in no time... you shoot me a design you think is cool and the first ones are yours free of charge

this is technically not motowheels, but motowheels will be designing and assisting with design to ensure top quality, and desired price points for the consumer.

Nick, I have a suggestion for you.

I'm not a big fan of promoting company names or brands. I buy a product for the price, design and quality, not the logo.

I love high quality machined parts but I hate to see the manufacturers name or Titanium engraved in the middle of it. To me, it just ruins a great part. I suggest you use a logo sticker so I can remove it if I don't like it.

I know there are several stands to choose from but I really like the Moto Corse stand although it is very expensive.

How about a high-end aluminum stand similar to the Sedici one?
