You shouldn't say things like that. Bell TV customers are notified of price increases on their bills. Usually, it's just the month before, but they are notified. Did Bell TV's Dish Care go up to $6.95? I'm pretty sure it's still at the $6.00 mark. I don't know about the Wire Care plans that are offered through the phone.
 
When I was a Bell TV CSR, Dish Care was $6/month when ordered directly from Bell TV in CSG, but it was $6.95/month when ordered from Bell Canada with your Home Phone (Wireline) service.
 
I didn't receive any letters, any mention on my previous bill, whether for the cell, the Dish, the phone plan or the interior wire, when it went up from 6.00$ to 6.95$

I get a one bill and get my dish care by Bell. I got a 12.85$ credit because I have 4 care plans (cell, dish, interior wire, Bell's phones).
 
That's what I thought.

I knew Dish Care through the TV side was still $6.00. I think through the phone, it covers a bit more, but I wouldn't know what.
 
You're talking about Bell phone's care plans, though. The Dish Care plan that's only offered through Bell TV is still $6.00.

Maybe that's why you didn't receive any notice on your bill - because you switched plans from Bell TV's plan to Bell home phone's care plan.
