New Bell Deal ???

Has anyone out there got a call from Bell offering over 100 channels and receiver rental or matching the package you currently have for $33.00/month? This guy's name was Robert Alex (#1789). He couldn't or wouldn't email me the details. Sounds like a scam.
 
Right now the basic combo which is called Digital Standard is $33, which has over 100 channels. The 100 channels contains repeats though, like CTV, CBC, CItyTV, etc from different cities and they usually don't include the $3 digital service fee when promoting their offers. Technicially it would be $36 for the basic. Now there is a promo going on where they give you $100 credit for a purchase of a receiver or you can rent one and they give you a credit for $10 for the next 12 months.
