Iam In An MDU Bulding And I am Getting Bell Express Vu Which Is Already On Bulding Room and have a couple questions

1. Are Most Channels Put On Nimq 1/4?
2. Can You Watch The Testing Channels That Are Added In The 9000's
 
1.Yes, the bulk of channel at are 91W (1/4iR). HD and international are on 82.

2.No, test channels are hidden and will not even appear in your guide.
 
You can watch any channel to which you either subscribe or is a free channel provided by ExpressVu.

If your legimate equipment can access the channel, then you can watch it. Sometimes test channels do appear to legit customers by accident for short periods of time. If you are using non-legimate (i.e illegal) equipment, then further related discussions do not belong on this site.
