New army wife feeling like a fish out of water...?

I am a recently married army wife. I'm unsure where to start to understand how things work or even what questions to ask to get that understanding regarding the military side of our life. My husband has offered to help but he is only familiar with being in the army as a single man so he isn't sure either. Can anyone offer suggestions on where I can go for the information I'd need so that I feel less nervous and like a fish out of water?
 
Have him find out about the battalion FRG (Family Readiness Group), and go to the next meeting, together if possible. Most of the people involved are military spouses and they can help you get your bearings.
