Hi everyone,
I've been having panic attacks for about 6 years, since I was pregnant with my second daughter. My symptoms have remained fairly similar, although I also experience perioRAB of extreme hypochondria in which I dismiss the usual symptoms as something else.
For the last 1.5 weeks, I've been under a extreme amount of stress. It's been one of the most difficult spans of time I've experienced. I feel like I'm about to crack. Last night, I started experiencing localized pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen. Corabine too much time in the hospital for family merabers with hypochondria, and I convinced myself I have appendicitis (even though I have none of the symptoms). This set off the attack, and it was possibly the worst I've ever had in my life.
I was shaking violently, certain I was about to die, nauseous, lightheaded, sick to my stomach and breathless. My mom and friend got me through it, fortunately, because I repeatedly felt as if I were about to pass out. The panic attack has passed, but I've urinated about 4 times in the last half an hour. I haven't drank anymore than usual, and this isn't a symptom I've ever had with my attacks before. I've read increased urination is a symptom of the attack, but afterward?
