Hi
I have been reading posts on and off for a long time and decided to post myself. I have for a few years now on and off experienced the following;

1.feeling off balance and sometimes quite dizzy
2.I feel when I am doing things like shopping that I can't look at the top of the isles nor quickly from side to side or I am more off balance
3.when this happens I feel very fatigued and have sore muscles ... particularly the upper part of my body. People say I look quite pale or grey when it happens
4. face pain
5. Occasionally nausea with it
6. I had an episode before xmas where my feet and lower legs were so painful I could not stand for too long and I had trouble sleeping because of the pain
7. I have on occasions for short period of times the centre toes on each foot feel numb and cold
8. I feel pain when being touched
9. I am going off to sleep ok as I take 1 x ended 25mg tablet each night. But wake generally a number of times for the toilet.
10. It is quite frightening when the very off balance/dizzy happens, particularly if I am out. I find myself becoming a bit of a hermit for fear of it all.

I am not sure this should be on but any advice or help would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks to all.

Does not completely sound like fibromyalgia. Maybe an inner ear problem? Regardless, better to try not to self-diagnose. Go see your doctor and maybe he will refer you to an ENT. Fibromyalgia has SO MANY SYMPTOMS but many of those symptoms can be other problems.

See your Doctor and if he can't find anything he may send you to a Rhuemy or an EENT doctor..(Eyes Ears Nose Throat).

Take Care.

I agree..please see a doc get labs and like Belle said a Rhumy and ENT. It could be several issues!!

Good luck and feel better soon!

It is hard to say. Take all your symptoms to your doctor for further evaluation. It could be vertigo or something else too.

Best to you,
Pam
