You don't have to use the blackberry e-mail setup program at all if you got your logicmail or Shangmail working. Your ability to send and receive e-mails is now pretty much automatic. Just press menu and choose either create a new e-mail message or reply to an existing one. If you only have Logicmail I think you have to send from inside the app. With Shangmail you send from your native messages list.

you obviously don't have all the books loaded otherwise everything would be working. Did you follow the instruction given by Arifabq on the previous page. He was trying to tell you how to enter the "Legacy restore" mode which you must do before you load Cricketmail.ipd.

Just stick to the instructions. They're simple and proven. If you have all 11 books and still have the same problems re-load your backup I said you should make

I did bro. i even did legacy restore/restart/upload SB/restart and i still ended up with 2 books and no browser. when the phone restarts it say something about the service books not configured.

beeber10,

you are not doing the process correctly. you shouldn't have to restart or upload books. you should go immediately back to your DM and transfer the cricketmail.ipd to your phone again. you then will have all 11 books if you have entered the legacy restore mode.

why are these service books dissapearing? i loaded all them yesterday and woke up this morning without them, i think its the second time this happens..any clues?

I'm not sure why you are having this problem but try loading them again and after they are loaded, navigate to them and highlight one of them. Delete that book and then undelete it.

i reloaded them immediately and they still there..so far. ill try that method if they go missing again...thankx! the other thing is that Opera, wheathereye, google maps are not working anymore.. :(

Opera, weathereye and google maps work fine for me and I am using the same books you are. Export your Wifix settings to file which will save on ur phone. Then re-install WiFix(download it again). Import your saved settings back to your newly installed WiFix app. If that doesn't work I would try re-installing my apps and checking my hostnames.
