A message about the newest update for Premiere CS4 kept popping up every time I went to export. I finally decided to follow the link and install. After that Premiere wouldn't open, it just crashed. Media Encoder had the same story. I uninstalled both, deleted everything, and reinstalled them three times, same problem. I've also re-installed the entire CS4 suite and it's still doing it.
I was able to get them to open by running them as administrator but Premiere won't open project files. I haven't tried doing anything in ME yet.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
