Couple of months ago I switched to Lush coal face soap, the vanishing cream and toner it all cleared up my face nicely but recently started making me breakout with kinda a rash along my jaw/neck so I stopped using the toner but still there. Any suggestions on how to make it go away? I don't use any products on this area.
