new 910a with big problems

Just bought a beautiful 910a--I love the functionality, but I only have network access about 10% of the time--my phone just searches contstantly for a network so essentially I can almost never make any calls! Also, it crashes a few times a day. Has anyone else had these problems or can anyone tell me where to go for support? Thanks. J.
 
usually from my experience poor signal comes more from a bad connection from the phone to sim card than from bad software on the phone. i know it can be very frustratinig :flamemad:
