My new accord have to be resurfaced front and rear ROTORS (only 80 miles). I lost 1 day of work arealdy. I just got this new 2009 Honda Accord a few a day ago.Anyone have this problem?

Something fishy there. The dealer should replace them, not turn em'.What caused a new car to eat new rotors anyway? All four rotors? WTF? Get the new car Mgr involved, get them to replace the car or cancel the sale.

sounds fishy. with only 80 miles you should be getting new rotors. resurfaced rotors are never as good as new ones because the rotor has lost heat capacity. also unless your really hitting the breaks hard they should not have had problems to begin with. something is defective and i doubt its the rotors themselves.

fuck that dealer more will go bad just wait cancel the sale do something take it to a local mechanic have him give you a REAL reason not some bullshit dealer one

I understand this is a common problem with 2008-09 Accords...brakes don't appear to be working properly/make noise. I have an 09 Accord, and right after I bought it in May the brakes just didn't seem right to me...after putting a couple of hundred miles on the car, they seem to be fine...I now have 5,000 miles on it...maybe it just one of those things that take time to break in...

Resurfaced rotors on a brand new car???...That's crazy...take the car back & tell them you want another...
