i havent had my period at all...im really worried. ive talked to my mom but shes so caught up in her life that she wont bother to ask a doctor when she goes to see one (she is prego) or she 'forgets' everytime ive told my dad wich was embarrasing...and he is sorta worried as well...we cant really affored doctor bills....im scarred
am i steril, do i have like internal clot... i mean really.. what is wrong with me. is there anyone who has had such a long missed period as well...please help me

how long ago have yu started yurperiod.?
if it doesnt hurt or make yu sick yu shouldnt see a doctor.
yur not sterile, yur period just isnt regulated yet.
thats all. . .so stop worrying.

u shuld ask a friend to help u go to the doctors and mabe u can ask ur friend if she can pay

dont worry! I havent had my period yet either! It is normal to have your period between 12-18 its ok! so chill !

You should go see your doctor, but I don't think it's anything to be terribly concerned about. I think if you are extremely thin or if you workout alot it can cause you to skip your period. Also, maybe stress. Try not to worry too much, maybe you're a "late bloomer".

wow u really need to see a doc talk to the nurse at ur school and tell her about it and ur situation

in a case like that you can get your med. card and go to a place like plan parent hood or your regular doctor and ask than to check things out but i think depending on where you live you have to be 18 or have a letter to go to your regular doctor but you can still go to plan parenthood at any age just google their website for the number and make a appointment.

if your really athletic than that tends to happen and you get it really late...if not than you should see///call your docctorr

well this is kind of the opposite of your problem but my friends period one time went on for like 2 months straight and she was like so freaked. but really my point is, her doctor told her that when like teenagers first start their periods, their really random and can like skip a bunch of months and stuff or even go on longer than normal. really i know 6 monthes is a long time so i'd be worried too, but 1) you haven't had sex so you can't be pregnant. but at the same time, 6 months, wow. i say sence your mom seems busy right now, as ackward as it seems, if you dont get your period soon, get your dad to take you to the doctor.

First, calm down. Second, your body's probably still developing. Third, if you don't think that's the case talk to your gynocologist, and if you don't have one I suggest you get one.

There are a lot of things that can stop your period from coming. I would definitely go and get that checked out. Depending on where you live there may be a health department that is income based where you can get checked out. There are options for cheaper health care. Give your local health department a call and see what services they have to offer. If they cant help you then ask them for a referral to someone or some place that can.

For the first few years of having your periods it may take awhile for them to be regular. Also stress can stop you from having your period. I stopped having my periods for about 8 months straight a few years ago. I went to the doctor and pregnancy was ruled out ( I was 25 and married) She said I was just stressed.

Why don't you go to the doctor with you mom the next time she has a prenatal appointment and ask her doctor yourself?
