My niece has been living in a low income apt.housing for about 1 yr. now. She had a job, but got laid off. She mentioned this to the apt. mgr. and was offered a position with the company.
Things were going great but recently she was told she is to be transferred to another complex 26 miles away, which makes it 52 miles a day round trip. She told them this was too far for the pay she's getting and they told her if she quits or gets fired she will have 7 days to vacate her apt. Can they do this?
