ITV1 is showing a 2002 film called Eight legged freaks tonight and apparently it is a network premiere. Why has this film taken 7 years to get a terrestrial screening when most films are premiered after 3 years. I thought ITV/BBC bought a package of films from studios to show after three years so why has this slipped through the net. This film was definately shown in cinemas and was a minor hit. I think i saw it myself but dont remember much about it. Its a homage to 50's style B Movies if i remember. Just seems odd it has taken so long to get to Network TV as it probbaly finished on Sky around 2005.
