Net Flix Movie Viewer error?

When I go to instant play a movie to watch on my pc , an error "2105" pops up , and I have never been given the option to download the movie viewer, and can't find a site that I can d/l it at.. Any suggestions why I am having this problem? (and how to fix it) I am using Vista, and trying to run it on Internet Explorer . Thanks
