nervous about high school? help?

hey im starting high school this year and i am so nervous. mainly because of this one friend i have who can be so nice sometimes and a bi**h the next. idk all my friends became "popular" except me (and dont really care too) bu everytime i see them in scool they avoid me like i am some outsider. i cant tell them off because i knew tem forever and they were like sisters too me. i dont know what to do. im scared about doing something emmbarressing and then have them avoid me even more. please hep
