I've had a bad strain right in my left shoulder blade area right their in the bone of left shoulder...they have me using a Tens unit now and putting Voltrin creme on the area...the area feels like a crick inyour neck type feeling but right in my shoulder blade area...and when I feel any twinge in that arean from some slight awkward movement...I know I'm in for a ride of pain that usually lasts awhile...I've been going through this since May2009...I've seen physical therapy but that was torture...it took a week or so just to recover from the first visit...they had me doing straining type moves which seem to only flame it up and make it hurt all over...all the way around my chest muscle...its a sharp pain like it's infected right in the area where my left shoulder blade bone is located...any thoughts would be appreciated...
