neighbors having loud sex?

ok this is driving me CRAZY! every night me and my boyfriend are woken up because the couple in the apartment next to ours is having like the Loudest sex ever. it's so annoying. i've asked them to stop but the say ok and then do it again the next night. if i ever stay up late to study for a test i can't concentrate because even with my music turned up really loud i still just hear "ohhh mmmm mm uhh hhh hhh oh oh oh! oh! yeah! YES! OHHHHH!" man, i can even hear them panting and pushing their headboard against the walls ours is on.
what should i do?
 
Oh this is wonderful. A perfect time to play a nasty trick on them! Sneak into their apartment and put small glass slivers in the lube, put frozen fish under the mattress, catch a live skunk (using a live trap) and let it roam in the bedroom, etc.
