I went in my fenced in yard this morning to discover a dead fish and some sort of skinned and horribly decomposed animal. Apparently one of my neighbors threw these over my six foot privacy fence for my dogs to chew on. My dogs are only 11 weeks old!!!!
If I can even find out which neighbor it was, is there anything that I can do?
Should I call the cops?
Should I put up flyers in the area describing this?
How do I find out who did it?
We live in an upscale area with older folks. I never would have imagined that this would happen.
