Negotiating used car price.?

I'm looking at a car, purchase price 5,488. How much should I be able to negotiate it down?

The car is a 2001 with 63,000 miles.

I would really like to know the make and model. You should be able to talk them down..What city and state are you in. Post those stats and I will give you a target number.
