Okay.. So, I've been on birth control (depo shot) for about 4 years. While i was on the shot i had my period every other couple of months. I took my last shot in June 2010. In October i got my period for about two weeks. I'm guessing it was so long because it was cleansing out the birth control. In november I finally had my regular period for a week. Then december it was on time for another week. And i was suppose to get it last week and it never came. A week or two after i had my last period in december i had some brown discharge for a day, but nothing more. I started getting some early pregnancy symptoms like cramping, fatigued, mood swings, frequent urination, and of course a missed period. I finally took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative, but i was also drinking last night. So i don't know if that might have anything to do with it or not. Should i take another pregnancy test tomorrow if i still haven't had my period? Or do you think that my period just hasn't came yet because of the years of my birth control?
Negative pregnancy test but no period, why?
