needs/wants in pda phone

Here is what I would like but am having trouble deciphering and finding. Maybe I just need 2 devices but here goes.
Would like to find a PDA type phone, one that can synchronize with Outlook or other CRM software (preferably Palm OS or Windows), has WiFi and is GSM (or basically world roaming capable).
I would love to be able to get it unlocked too but not absolute necessity if it is a Cingular device.

There are probably 20 devices that match that set of criteria, in fact cingular offers 2 the 8125, and the 8525, others include the Glofiish m700, Glofiish x500, HTC herald, Hp6925, HTC Universal, T-mobile MDA, T-Mobile Dash, Imate Jaq3. Those are all Windows Mobile, I dont thin there are any Palm Devices with Wifi, though it is easily added with a Wifi card. So unless you can be more specific with your needs It is difficult to give you any better advice. Sorry. Though I think I have given you a good starting place to hit Google to do some more research. How do you add a wifi card to a device like a Palm? What is Glofish? See the issue? I don't even know how to be more specific. Even looking at stuff on this site is rather confusing. I have seen the 8125 & 8525 but they are kind of big for my tastes. I really like the size and format of devices like the Black Jack, Q, or 3125 from Cingular.
Any more thoughts or hints on even where to look?
 
I would take this in a analytical way. first use the search function on howard forums and search some thing like "difference between pocketpc and smartphone" so you can decide which operating system is best for you, also try wikipedia. There are some significant differences in the OS and you really cant even begin until you decide one way or the other. Another resource is the wiki on xda-developers.com, Google really is your friend here. also try pocketnow.com, pocketpcthoughts.com msmobiles.com smartphonethoughts.com treonauts.com coolsmartphone.com There are dozens of resources on the internet and this list is by no means complete. good luck
