I want to download games and applications(the free ones) for my Samsung Focus, the windows phone 7. I do not have an Xbox so i don't have an Xbox live account but i do have a windows live account. Every time i click install to confirm purchase it says "Can't get this info right now. Check back later." and then i can't buy the app. I'm confused? Can you explain to me?
