needs advice

I am a 24 yr old female. I have been sick with upper stomach pains just under my ribs. I have seen a GI doctor and everything is normal. All my blood work is normal just an elevated white and has been for a while. The last time is was checked the count was 15 thousand. the doctors have done a more detailed round of test on my blood. No infections, no immflamation, no cancer cells. They say it could be a blood disorder, I am concered that it could be lukiemia. If anyone has any advice would you please help.

Did this GI doctor do an endoscope...there is a possibility that you may have an ulcer. Ulcer's are caused by a bacterial infection which would raise your white blood count. The other thought would be your gall bladder? Have you had an ultrasound of your abdomen. My other thought is your appendix--you do not have to have pain in your lower right abdomen to be experiencing an issue with your appendix?
Keep pestering the doctor? Have you been referred to an Hematologist? If everything has been ruled out by not only blood work but have they done a complete set of imaging studies (again abdominal ultrasound, abdominal cat scan, a hida scan for your gall bladder and endoscope to check for possible ulcer)

I have had my gallbladder removed over a yr ago. I had an ercp in august and it showed nothing. I have had an mri on my stomach as well as a stomach emptying test both were normal but showed that I have a fatty liver but not to concerend about it. No ulcer or problems with my appendix. And I am waiting on my doc office to schedule my appt with the hematologist
