My husband and a partner has had a Tree business for about 13 years. They both have 50-50- in it.They never wrote anything about if one wanted to depart. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last may and has been unable to work. Partner says its not his fault and says my husband dont deserve anything. We are losing everything. Partner took all paper work to is home and will not release anything. We need help so bad. Husband wants out of this partnership. Does lawyers take pro bono on this kind of thing. Partner also cashed checks at liquor store so money cant be traced. We need help..They are incorporated..
