Needing to chat with someone who is difficult to get in touch with?

I have a technical adviser who is an absolute genius; he has helped me with my PC and laptop several times and is always there to help.

However since we first started chatting around 2 months ago he is on-line a lot less frequently; he has got a little baby.

I send him emails and chat messages as well and usually he will respond when he is back on-line. I have him as a friend on Facebook too so I know his mobile number and address but am not sure if I should use these as he has not personally given them to me.

Let me know what you think and what you would do; I don't want to pester him so much that he blocks me ;)
I'm not brilliant on the phone so have texted him once a few days ago but did not get a response.
 
call him once and leave him a voice mail or message. But don't be calling like 50,000 times. Also, leave him a similar message on his facebook and monitor your phone and your facebook to see if he responds to either of them. If he has a baby, that means he is now a very busy person because being a dad is a huge responsibility (not that you didn't know that, just reminding you), so it takes a lot of time out of you.
