Need your input - does this sound like Gastritis to you

To cut a long story short I have been suffering from acid reflux for 3.5 yrs now, and finally last April had a nissen Fundoplication, which helped greatly, but since I was still getting some stomach burning I stayed on 40mg nexium a day. I recently had a PH metry and manometry test done, and apparently the wrap is fine and there is very minor reflux, like a normal person, but they had detected some alkaline which could indicate bile reflux.
Last Saturday night I had some spicy Indian food not a big amount though(I never eat spicy food), and then since Sunday night I have been in pain and agony. The stomach inflames and gets massive like a 7 months pregnant woman (this is after eating), also I have horrible burning stabbing pains all over the stomach specially upper stomach even to the sides and my ribs, I am scared to eat now, and I get really bad inflammation. The pain seems to get better with food, but then after eating I have the bloating issue, I have never had it this bad.
I am really scared now, haven't been back to the gastro yet, since I had an endoscopy back in July and everything looked fine, and I am now on nexium and carafate, so not sure what he would do for me.
Does this sound like gastritis to anyone?
Could I be having gastritis even when on Nexium. I am really worried if the the endoscopy was fine 3 months ago, could something really bad be happpening.
Need your advice please

That sounRAB a lot like gastritis, especially the fact that the pain gets better with food. Bloating is not a normal part of gastritis, so I'm not sure what's up there.

Call your gastro, meanwhile keep eating small frequent meals of bland food.
