Need verizon wireless help they charged me a extra 4 days early!?

Hi guys and girls verizon normally charges my credit card every mouth because im in one year contract. So i signed up on the 21 of the mouth and every 21 of the mouth they take the 54.99 out My account. But this time there being snicky they took my money out on the 18 of the mouth this time are they allowed to take money out i mean dont they have to wait the full mouth before taking it out mouth by mouth payment right. like they took it out last mouth on the 21 of september so the have to take it out on the 21 of october you cant take it out before the full mouth is up. Help
