need urgent medicine!!

I have irritation in my throat since childhood. Now these days i am not able to sleep i have irritation too much . i feel something has stuck in my throat and i want to get it out of my mouth. In the morning white particles will come out my mouth they have really bad smell ,i think they all have stuck in mouth i want to clean my throat so tell me some medicines to make my throat clear plz help me ...
 
The white particles are probably tonsil stones (tonsilloliths) that can be caused when mucus and bacteria collect in the natural crevices of the tonsils. They aren't serious but can definitely be annoying.

The throat irritation and feeling of something stuck in your throat could be the result of acid reflux which can be treated with Prilosec (omprazole) and lifestyle changes.
