I have a Samsung Galaxy S 4G and it's been about a week I've been experiencing difficulties with it. It doesn't have sound. When someone calls, I have to put them on speaker and there's no sound on games, and there's barely any sound when I play Youtube videos. However, I do have sound on my ring tone, so I don't think the speaker doesn't work. I have done all I could to fix this but nothing seems to work. I purchased this phone from someone online, so no warranty and T-Mobile says that they can't do anything about it because I didn't buy the phone from them. Please help. Thanks!
