Need urgent help to activate 3gs

I got a set 3gs 32 gb locked its base band is 05.13.04 Bootloader 6.4 and Model MC140. According to carier list its t-mobile I've checked all available t-mobile's network imsi codes like this

thanks to reply faisal bhai ! its 3.1.3 now but i think the customer tried it to 4.0 bcose it modem version is 5.13 now i restored it to 3.1.3 pls help me waiting for ur reply if u can

bro 3gs 3.1.3 solution available but 4.0 iso this time not available any way use sprint first jailbreak then i send link watch video carefully ok

I've restored it to 3.1.3 successfully now need to activate it first to jailbreak with spirit to unlock modem etc

but i dont have cydia to use ultrasnow ???? as i already told u the iphone is in emergency mode now the first step is to jailbreak it! then i'll be able to use ultrasnow by cydia

Your only hope is to get a compatible sim card, to activate, and then you can use spirit, and ultrasnow. If you cannot find out from which network is your phone, then you can buy an universal iphone activator card (OneSim - search this forum for resellers). If you have a 6in1, 16in1, etc. then you can program it to be an Apple Lab carrier card, which can also activate all iphone-s (there are a lot of info about that on this forum also).

Another option is that if you have your shsh blobs for ver 3.1.2 saved, then you can downgrade to 3.1.2 and then you can use blackrain to jailbreak. But because you have the new bootrom (probably), then it will be a tethered jailbreak.

thnks demon !!! yes u understood clearly my problem. I've 6 in one and tried all t-mobile imsi as i described in first thread, but in vain no one is acceptable. and i don't have OneSim there is only one dearler here and he is far from here and if i pay then i can recive it two days later, my client is in hurry. I don't know is it shsh blobs or not now the only solution is to make an apple activate sim as u told me, if u know about its programing pls help me.

Download Magicsim (if you don't have it yet), install it, and run it. Insert 6 in1 into cardreader, press Connect, and after a while you should have Magic button (in Magicsim) enabled. Press Magic button, and edit data according to this:

IMSI:080910102143658709
ICCID:8949000312151000014F
KI: 2859440E87D928A675594A67540E87D9

after that, insert card into iPhone, and connect to iTunes, and you should have an activated iPhone. After that close iTunes, run Spirit. When Spirit finishes, on the iPhone run cydia, and install ultrasn0w, and you should have now a fully activated, jailbroken and unlocked iPhone.

It's the iccid that iTunes needs to activate the iPhone. And he didn't mention that imsi in his first post.
