nspro and ustpro can BOTH do unlock. ONLY USTPRO can unlock 02/2007 models right now via DOWNGRADE.

I've tested it using NSPro 705SC------- to ----- 709SC successfully unlocked

at first it needs to install driver (OS does it itself). Then switch off the phone restart it by pressing 9 + power, finally hit UNLOCK on the NSPRO.
