Hi,
My travel agent in India did not book the ticket correctly and I could not travel because of that. He did not tell me about the specific visa requirement which was needed to travel for a part of that specific route.
I booked a new ticket myself. I am asking him for full refund, but he is refusing.
I have sent him an e-mail saying that he did not tell me about the specific visa requirement and because of that I could not travel, but he is not replying to that.
How do I get it in writing that he agrees that he did not tell me about the visa requirement, so I can use that in consumer court?
I will really appreciate your help.
Thanks
