Need to replace Battery Harness for a 2002 Ford F-150?

Hi. I need to replace the battery terminal harness on my truck. The engine is the 4.2L V6. I cannot find a part # on the cable itself or find it at Auto Zone/Checker. Would it be easier to change all of the cables individually (and what are they? I know one is the ground, one is positive, and one goes to the starter) or should I get the entire harness (and where do I get it). Any replies would help. Thanks.
