I've been with tmobile for a almost 3 years. Resigned a 2 year contract with phone upgrade back in july. I used to pay 70 a month, but they made me change my plan when they removed fav 5. I now pay nearly 95 a month. 500 minutes with unlimited nights and weekends for 39.99, 10 for unlimited texting, and 8 for insurance on the phone. I also have 5gb of data for an additional 30.00. I barely use 30 minutes a month. Definitely use the phone for texting and data/web. But this bill is just getting too high for what I use out for. Does anyone know of any retention offers they would offer so I can stay, but be happier with my bill? Maybe a plan that offers lower minutes or even pay as you go minutes?
Need to lower tmobile monthly bill, help!?
