Hi
I'm close to being thirteen (few weeks or so) and I want to lose weight by exercising
I can't go to the gym or whatever because of personal reasons
Can you give me tips on what kind of exercises I should do that's effective like crunches,sit ups,hula hoop etc......and what do they do like crunches help you get abs..
I already know to drink alot of water but not too much and eat a little bit but not too little and not to eat junk food so basically I already now what not and to eat and drink and how much
I want to lose at least 5-10 pounds and/or make my stomach flatter so please no spams,rude comments,etc...
