I have some joint problems (knees and shoulder) and exercise induced asthma, but I'm 4'11" and a half and about 180. I NEED to lose weight, I know... but it's tough on a college student's budget/schedule. please help me? any suggestions would be absolutely great! (please no weird chemicals or medications... just exercises and dietary supplements [vitamins] and low budget healthy food options)
just a a bit of detail, I'm an 18 year old female. my right shoulder partially dislocates, I have condromalasia(however you spell it) patella in one knee and my other knee is just generally f*cked up from years of riding horses and being a gymnast at a very young age.... please help me!
