hey i was hoping an avid book reader would recognize this book its about a female psychic can read minds a sort of cont paranormal romance a few years old like maybe 8 ish years old maybe a little less anyways the villian she calls rat man and there is also a little boy involved who is also becoming psychic and i think she works in a hospital anyways if you need more details i can add some more but they are about the end of the book i think
 
Does the girl go to this place, a house that they were (her and her mom) selling the house that was a relative. The girl meets this one boy and they like camp out there?
