Share 50/50 interest on a house we are the only 2 on title, house is paid off. She resides there, we had verbal agreement that she would take over all expenses of the house while residing there until she vacated and we then rented the house out. Now she wants to split cost of property tax and me to sign UCC & Fixture Filing for a loan she applied for through the utility company to make repairs. All this done without my knowledge until now. Help please?
