Need to find a local Support Group

Please help! A family meraber of mine is suffering from chronic back pain. She is in her late 20's and has been dealing with this since high school. She is showing signs of major depression. I would love to find a support group in St. Louis or someone that could be a mentor for her. I appreciate any suggestions.
 
She first neeRAB to see her doctors to address her back/pain issues. Then she can relay to them how it has affected her mental health. They may know of support groups but more importantly can treat her medical and mental health problems.
