Need to fake an illness?

How can I fake having a cold/fever? I need to look sick, act sick, and medically seem sick. For school tomorrow. Fast. It's really essential, so if you are going to post just for getting points and to nag me, please don't. I already know the lecture. But if you happen to be the expert I'm looking for, great! How can I fake a fever? I heard something about putting orange peels in your socks overnight, but I'm going to guess that's a myth. Any suggestions? The BEST case scenario is that I actually get myself sick. But the appearance of illness will do fine, too.
