hi, i have a big room with a very very large window, massive fireplace and two big wardrobes on either side of it. i have a low bed which is white and two modern white side tables with two modern lights, also have a rustic brown chandeleir. problem is the carpet is yellow and the wardrobes are brown( its a grand house and i have modern furniture)...plus the yellow is horrible! also, the ceiling is ver high which makes the king size low bed seem very low. the room is massive so its ok do... what i need help with is how to make my room seem less yellow and brown and more modern OR how to perfect the rustic look--- without spening alot and not painting the walls or changing the carpet! xxxxx much to ask but PLEASE!!
