...2010 & Announcing WED? I can cook anything; however my cooking area for this task is limited to a standard domestic style (small) kitchen…
This is a very joyous occasion. The person is also announcing their marriage engagements so this get together is also a family mixer/dinner type celebration. I have formally been asked to facilitate the affair due to my past experience as a chef.
However, everyone involved wants a miracle night of music, entrainment, great food, and atmosphere ~ so that this very happy and festive occasion is remembered for a life time. Reason being a large percent of both families have limited incomes and live in scatter part of the country and will not be able to make it to the wedding.. And the secret is the betroth couple might go ahead with a secret plan to seek out a Justice Of The Peace due to religious difference in their back ground and over all approval on date & time to hold such an affair. So wanting to have a happy occasion this night they have asked that it be made magically special.
I can do that. That’s not a problem .Yet the menu is totally undecided and has been left up to me. Please help to come up with a Gourmet dish and desert idea... include your method of cooking bake, fry, boil, and broil. Ideas should also include salad, soup, Hors d'oeuvre /finger foods, dips, don't be shy... don’t worry if the cost is involved is cheap or extremely expensive... because I do have a great many contacts to help supply this occasion. Thanks for your ideas shyness is why I asking for popular answers... nobody involved wants to speak up... also if you want to include a theme as{county /region/history/fantasy} No toga party ha… include this in your ideas to. Please do... take your time and have fun asking your friends what they might enjoy for this night of ponderous festivities if it was their special night to remember.
