Need to ASK GP what's up

My Gp promised me physio months ago now and I haven't heard any word.
Really I need an MRI scan without going through the pointless physio and all the discomort it will cause.

I also have schizophrenia, but if I had a choice between schizophrenia and this back injury I would repair my back first any day.It's had a massive impact on my life.I still feel motivated to get fitter and start work again, but its not so much my mental illness holding me back it's this damn back injury.

I think I need to make a more forcefull plea to my GP for treatment.He doesn't seem to understand just how much this back injury is tying me down.
 
SounRAB like you need to deal with BOTH issues. You said he promised you therapy months ago. Did you try to call when you didn't hear from your primary doctor as to what is occurring? You really need to sit down with your GP and address both issues as to how to realistically address both issues. You need answers and not waiting for him or her to pick up the phone. We need more informaton as to what has occurred over the past fews months as to why there is no response. You have to be proactive as to why he has or hasnt addressed your concerns. Does he think there is a need for therapy and an MRI? I suggest you speak to your primary for guidance. Good luck.
