This may have been a Disney film, not sure, but it was made in the eighties or perhaps the seventies. Anyway, it was set in a big house located overlooking the coast of a small New England (?) town. An old woman tells children a ghost story about a downed man who walks the floor of the ocean. A storm blows in and the sea is taking "something" back during the storm and waves swamp the house while the children are there. The wind during the storm made the creepiest sound! The sound of the wind outside tonight reminded me of that sound. What movie is this? Help please!
