stick to it girl life is better clean as ror me iv fallen orr the wagon again so i need someone to help me through im cutting down now then new years day going to beat the gear once and for all get in touch i need support from someone in the same position as me good luck

im a herion addict been in to the gear for 12yrs been clean a few times but i lose my strengh im down to half a gram a day its good to know there are frienRAB out there to help me through

This is the right place to be. There is great help on this forum. I'm not very familiar with heroin, but is a detox center available to you? I think that may be your best bet to get clean or check with your doctor. Other than that, continuing to taper down is the only other way to do it until you are ready to jump off. We're here to work with you. Maybe other people on the board can help out better. The fact that you are here and recognize that you want to get off of the drug is a big step and you should be commended for taking that step. Get the right frame of mind that you want to be off of the drugs and be in control of your body and future is the key to success. Visualize yourself being off of the drugs. Good Luck to you!!
 
cheers for your support mate it takes about 2yrs to get on detox unless you pay and go private i feel ready now im 3 days in and holding it down iv got the right frame of mind this time hope your doing alright its time for a new start clean
 
Good for you! Having the right frame of mind is the best thing to have to get you through this. Set goals and strive to achieve them. You should have the vision of being drug free in your mind all of the time. Keep it up - you should be proud of yourself. This is only half of the battle. Once you are clean, you need to stay clean and resist the temptation to start using again. Great job!
